BreastNet
This freestanding facility was founded on the premise that women deserved better care than the health system provided when it came to breast diagnostics and treatment. However, in order to survive financially, and provide the respectful service that women desired, they had to go "private pay" – a bold move. But the right one. We helped the Center design the right approach and messages, the right experience (facility, service and care) that enabled them to become the preeminent breast diagnostic facility in Arizona, and a model for other programs nationwide.

Every company has a story to tell. Faced with growing competition from larger entities, this digital radiography company was concerned their unique value proposition would be trivialized among the orthopedic community. We helped them rediscover their core strengths and to appreciate their smallness in the context of greater service, flexibility, responsiveness and a variety of solutions that worked for the client, instead of their clients having to conform to their product offerings. Small was the new big, and their clients (all large and prestigious national orthopedic groups) reinforced this position through their confidence and testimonial support.

Optical tools are not a glamour category. They are functional, utilitarian and often considered a commodity. We took this German company and introduced it to the US marketplace by focusing on the intrinsic engineering of the tools, and the pleasure skilled technicians experience when being able to perform optimally because they have the right tool to support their craftsmanship. "Feel the love" was the implicit story that took the company and its products out of parity with other tool and supply leaders, and earned them market share among those most discerning customers.

We have a broad background in helping clients become successful in each of these fields.
