However, in order to survive financially, and provide the respectful service that women desired, they had to go "private pay" – a bold move. But the right one. We helped the Center design the right approach and messages, the right experience (facility, service and care) that enabled them to become the preeminent breast diagnostic facility in Arizona, and a model for other programs nationwide.

Faced with growing competition from larger entities, this digital radiography company was concerned their unique value proposition would be trivialized among the orthopedic community.
